Apple Inc - world's largest company by market capitalization?

A Macquarie Group analyst said Apple iPad Sales May Reach 5.5 Million in 2010 and 13 million next year.

Would that be the reason for Apple Inc. unthinkable market capitalization of $240billon? AAPL share price had risen circa 100 percent in the last 52 weeks and at that rate Apple could become world's largest company by market capitalization this year.
